L\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale paie le prix fort avec 4\u2009035&nbsp;ETP d\u2019enseignants en moins sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e&nbsp;dont 3\u2009155&nbsp;ETP sont supprim\u00e9s dans le premier degr\u00e9 public, 181&nbsp;ETP sont supprim\u00e9s dans le second degr\u00e9 public, 660 ETP dans le premier degr\u00e9 priv\u00e9 sous contrat et 40&nbsp;ETP dans le second degr\u00e9 priv\u00e9 sous contrat. 35 emplois \u00ab\u2009administratifs\u2009\u00bb sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s, notamment pour soutenir la modernisation des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information des minist\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Budget 2025 et Mutuelles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un article du projet de loi de finances pour 2025 pr\u00e9voit de d\u00e9caler \u00e0 nouveau la mise en \u0153uvre de la r\u00e9forme de la compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 dans la fonction publique d\u2019\u00c9tat avec l\u2019obligation des employeurs de participer \u00e0 hauteur de 50 % des cotisations de leurs agents. Le gouvernement esp\u00e8re ainsi faire pr\u00e8s de 100 millions d\u2019euros d\u2019\u00e9conomies l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Budget 2025 et march\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 : l\u2019UFC-Que Choisir et la CLCV s\u2019alarment d\u2019un passage en force du Gouvernement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Loin de se cantonner \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir une explosion de la fiscalit\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans le cadre du projet de loi de finances pour 2025, le gouvernement utilise ce v\u00e9hicule l\u00e9gislatif pour poser les bases l\u00e9gales de la future r\u00e9gulation du march\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. L\u2019UFC-Que Choisir et la CLCV s\u2019\u00e9meuvent qu\u2019un sujet aussi important ne fasse pas l\u2019objet d\u2019un projet de loi d\u00e9di\u00e9 laissant pleinement sa place \u00e0 la discussion parlementaire et ne faisant pas planer la menace d\u2019un passage en force par le 49.3. Nos associations demandent donc au gouvernement de retirer l\u2019article du PLF portant cette r\u00e9forme. \u00bb (Que Choisir, 22 octobre)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hausse du SMIC et minimum fonction publique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>230\u2009000 agents seront augment\u00e9s de 6&nbsp;centimes bruts au 1\u1d49\u02b3&nbsp;novembre pour s\u2019aligner sur le SMIC augment\u00e9 de 2&nbsp;% au 1er&nbsp;novembre. Cette revalorisation mensuelle sera vers\u00e9e sous la forme d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentielle et non sous la forme d\u2019une hausse du traitement de base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Augmenter le temps de travail&nbsp;: encore un rapport\u2009!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs rapports ces derniers, un nouveau rapport du 4&nbsp;octobre 2024 de la Cour des comptes revient sur le temps de travail dans le r\u00e9seau CANOPE&nbsp;: \u00ab\u2009Dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9paration du prochain contrat d\u2019objectifs et de performance, le R\u00e9seau Canop\u00e9, avec le soutien de son minist\u00e8re de tutelle, s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre son r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur en conformit\u00e9 avec la l\u00e9gislation du temps de travail dans la fonction publique\u2009\u00bb.
