Les n\u00e9ons bourdonnent faiblement au-dessus des bureaux. Derri\u00e8re les \u00e9crans, les agents encha\u00eenent les dossiers, les mails urgents, les appels sans r\u00e9ponse. Certains baissent les yeux. D\u2019autres soupirent discr\u00e8tement avant de reprendre leur t\u00e2che. Ici, une imprimante encore en panne. L\u00e0, une chaise us\u00e9e accueillant des usagers du service public. Plus loin, un coll\u00e8gue h\u00e9site avant d\u2019oser pousser la porte d\u2019un sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique. Dans plusieurs services du rectorat de Martinique, la souffrance au travail n\u2019est plus une impression : elle est devenue une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est dans ce contexte que le SNASUB-FSU Martinique a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019agir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 travers les audiences des 16 avril, 23 avril et 12 mai 2026 avec la gouvernance acad\u00e9mique, notre organisation syndicale a port\u00e9 avec force la parole des personnels, notamment ceux de la DEC et de la DLE, confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales, \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail et \u00e0 un manque criant de reconnaissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SNASUB-FSU Martinique n\u2019a pas choisi le silence. Il a choisi l\u2019\u00e9coute, l\u2019alerte et l\u2019action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face aux remont\u00e9es des coll\u00e8gues, plusieurs revendications ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement exprim\u00e9es : am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 administrative, accompagnement des agents en difficult\u00e9, clarification de certaines situations contractuelles, mais aussi reconnaissance de l\u2019expertise des personnels administratifs trop souvent invisibilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et soudain, quelque chose se fissure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors des \u00e9changes, les langues se d\u00e9lient. Les organisations syndicales d\u00e9crivent des agents \u00e9puis\u00e9s, des tensions manag\u00e9riales, des risques psychosociaux, mais aussi un profond besoin d\u2019humanit\u00e9 dans les relations professionnelles. On parle de coll\u00e8gues qui n\u2019osent plus signaler leurs difficult\u00e9s par peur des repr\u00e9sailles. On \u00e9voque des services cloisonn\u00e9s, des \u00e9quipes isol\u00e9es par la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Dans la salle, chacun comprend alors que derri\u00e8re les proc\u00e9dures et les organigrammes, il y a des femmes et des hommes qui tiennent encore debout malgr\u00e9 la fatigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SNASUB-FSU Martinique a obtenu que ces r\u00e9alit\u00e9s soient enfin entendues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des mesures imm\u00e9diates ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es : accompagnement de certains bureaux de la DEC par la DACEP, am\u00e9lioration du suivi des demandes des personnels, r\u00e9flexion sur la qualit\u00e9 du management et lancement d\u2019un travail collectif autour de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais au-del\u00e0 des annonces, le v\u00e9ritable enjeu reste celui du changement durable. Car les personnels n\u2019attendent pas seulement des questionnaires ou des ateliers. Ils r\u00e9clament du respect, des moyens humains, une organisation du travail coh\u00e9rente et une reconnaissance r\u00e9elle de leur engagement quotidien. Ils demandent que la parole lib\u00e9r\u00e9e ne soit pas simplement recueillie\u2026 mais suivie d\u2019effets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SNASUB-FSU Martinique continuera donc \u00e0 porter ces exigences avec d\u00e9termination. Notre syndicat restera vigilant sur les engagements pris par l\u2019administration : formations adapt\u00e9es, am\u00e9lioration des pratiques manag\u00e9riales, prise en compte des conditions mat\u00e9rielles, pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux et participation r\u00e9elle des agents aux d\u00e9cisions qui concernent leur travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les bureaux du rectorat, les ordinateurs continueront de s\u2019allumer chaque matin. Les dossiers continueront d\u2019arriver par dizaines.
