Mais cette mutation technologique s\u2019impose sans \u00e9volution statutaire ni revalorisation salariale. Une contradiction devenue insoutenable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les missions se complexifient\u00a0: le biblioth\u00e9caire devient tant\u00f4t <em>data scientist<\/em>, tant\u00f4t m\u00e9diateur num\u00e9rique, parfois accompagnant social ou <em>community manager<\/em>. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute la transformation de nos biblioth\u00e8ques en tiers-lieux, espaces hybrides de sociabilit\u00e9, de <em>coworking<\/em> et de m\u00e9diation culturelle. Or ces \u00e9volutions s\u2019imposent dans un cadre budg\u00e9taire contraint et sur des statuts inchang\u00e9s, voire d\u00e9grad\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9carisation gagne du terrain. En dix ans, la fili\u00e8re a perdu 153\u00a0postes, dont 101 rien qu\u2019entre 2022 et 2023. Le corps des magasiniers \u2014 cat\u00e9gorie C \u2014 est le plus touch\u00e9\u00a0: -237 agents en dix ans, -73 en une seule ann\u00e9e. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les recrutements se font de plus en plus en contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, et l\u2019on confie \u00e0 des agents de cat\u00e9gories inf\u00e9rieures des missions d\u2019un niveau sup\u00e9rieur, sans reconnaissance statutaire. Un BIBAS pour faire le travail d\u2019un biblioth\u00e9caire, un biblioth\u00e9caire pour pallier l\u2019absence de conservateur\u00a0: telle est la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne de nos \u00e9tablissements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pouvoir d\u2019achat, quant \u00e0 lui, s\u2019effondre. Comment vivre \u00e0 Paris avec un salaire de cat\u00e9gorie C ou B, alors que les postes se concentrent majoritairement en r\u00e9gion parisienne\u2009? Le r\u00e9sultat est sans appel\u00a0: explosion des d\u00e9tachements sortants, d\u00e9saffection des concours, d\u00e9parts massifs, essoufflement professionnel. Nous constatons aujourd\u2019hui une inversion dramatique entre la hauteur des comp\u00e9tences exig\u00e9es et la faiblesse des perspectives de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et pourtant, une voie existe\u00a0: celle du repyramidage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourtant, des solutions existent. Le repyramidage est sur la table depuis des ann\u00e9es. Son co\u00fbt est ma\u00eetris\u00e9\u00a0: 30 promotions annuelles (C\u2192B ou B\u2192A) repr\u00e9sentent 300\u2009000\u00a0\u20ac, soit moins d\u2019un million sur trois ans. Une goutte d\u2019eau dans les budgets consolid\u00e9s, d\u2019autant que la LPR finance cette masse salariale de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente. L\u2019obstacle n\u2019est pas budg\u00e9taire. Il est politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SNASUB-FSU l\u2019affirme\u00a0: l\u2019argument budg\u00e9taire ne tient pas. Ce qui manque, c\u2019est la volont\u00e9 politique doubl\u00e9e d\u2019une orthodoxie id\u00e9ologique ultralib\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que les \u00e9tablissements investissent dans l\u2019IA, les automates et les plateformes, ils refusent d\u2019investir dans les femmes et les hommes qui assurent la m\u00e9diation, l\u2019inclusion, la documentation. Nous refusons que cette r\u00e9volution technologique soit une arme de rationalisation de plus, justifiant suppressions de postes et surcharge de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nous portons des revendications claires\u00a0:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un repyramidage imm\u00e9diat<\/strong> pour redonner de la lisibilit\u00e9 et des perspectives \u00e0 la fili\u00e8re\u2009;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une revalorisation salariale<\/strong> int\u00e9grant les nouvelles comp\u00e9tences exig\u00e9es\u2009;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Des cr\u00e9ations de postes statutaires,<\/strong> pour faire face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9largissement des missions\u2009;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un droit effectif \u00e0 la formation continue<\/strong> pour toutes et tous\u2009;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une politique RH coh\u00e9rente,<\/strong> sans extension des horaires ni missions nouvelles sans moyens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos biblioth\u00e8ques sont pr\u00eates pour l\u2019avenir. Mais elles ne le seront que si leurs personnels sont respect\u00e9s, reconnus, revaloris\u00e9s. Sans cela, ce ne sera pas une r\u00e9volution, mais une lente agonie. Ce que nous demandons n\u2019est pas un privil\u00e8ge, mais la simple reconnaissance de notre r\u00f4le et de nos efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le SNASUB-FSU le dit haut et fort\u00a0: pas d\u2019IA sans intelligence humaine reconnue. Pas de tiers-lieu sans tiers statutaires.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est temps d\u2019ouvrir les yeux\u2026 et les budgets. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut, ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019innovation que nous conna\u00eetrons.
